""THIS is some of the best Vietnamese food I've had!!" I have had Vietnamese food all over Canada and a few States in the USA. I also have made my own pho, and know how long good broth can take to make. All that being said, THIS is some of the best Vietnamese food I've had. I think this is an excellent addition to Moose Jaw's ever growing cultural dining. The restaurant is very clean. They have a lovely little side bar where you can get the cutlery you need, sauces and unlimited lemon water. The portion sizes are quite large. I ended up having to bring home half of my order. I can't wait to visit again. I will gladly be a regular and will send all my friends and family to try out this restaurant as it is just that good."

"Pho Minh is, without a doubt, our favourite restaurant in Moose Jaw. The food is consistently outstanding, and their spring rolls are simply delicious, we order them every single visit. Beyond the food, the owners always greet us so warmly and genuinely make us feel welcome, which makes the experience even more special. The restaurant itself has a beautiful Vietnamese cultural atmosphere that really reflects their personality and hospitality. It feels authentic, inviting, and full of heart. We honestly wish we could give more than five stars; highly recommend to anyone looking for amazing food and wonderful people!!"

"I just noticed its 4.9 star rating. I hope my rating will make it as 5.0 I enjoyed the food i ordered the pho soup and the Rice combo with charred pork. Very tender and juicy. For sure their other selections are a bomb. Definitely recommend this place! The owner was very welcoming. The inside was "we keep it simple" vibe as the owner stated. I really like it. Was sweating the whole time."
